About this service
We use a thermal imaging camera to scan your panels, breakers, junctions, and connected loads under typical operating conditions. Hot spots are documented with images and notes so you can see exactly what we found and where.
Infrared scans are especially valuable for commercial sites, multi-unit residential buildings, and older panels. They are also commonly requested by insurance carriers as part of a preventive maintenance program.
After the scan we walk you through findings and recommend the right corrective work — from re-torquing connections to replacing failing breakers.
